Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, milk, salt, syrup and cocoa in pan.
    Cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
    (Never stir while boiling.)
    Add vanilla.
    Remove from stove; add butter.
    Let cool to lukewarm. Beat until creamy.
    Pour into buttered dish.
    Cut while still warm.
