Christmas Wreath Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. ground cranberries
1 ground orange peel
3 diced oranges
1/2 c. chopped nuts
holly (for garnish)
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water.
Add cold water. Chill until syrupy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on plate.
Garnish with holly. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
