Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 egg with 2 Tbsp. water
    bread crumbs placed on paper towel
Preparation
    Beat egg with water.
    Dip 1 pork chop at a time in bread crumbs, then into egg and back into crumbs.
    Fry in hot Crisco until brown on both sides.
    Place in casserole; add enough hot water until you can just see the water.
    Place cover on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until chops are nice and soft.
