Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 or 2 qt. chopped ripe tomatoes
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    hot pepper to suit taste
Preparation
    Cook down to about 2 pints.
    Cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours.
