Hamburger Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    salt, pepper and paprika
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    biscuit dough
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet. Add onion. Fry until slightly browned. Add ground meats, stirring until done. Season to taste with salt, pepper and liquid smoke.
    Roll out biscuit dough 1/4-inch thick to form a rectangle. Spread cooled, cooked meat over dough. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut in 1 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Place, cut side down, in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in preheated 450\u00b0 oven. Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
