Ripe Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. boiling water
    5 to 6 ripe peaches
    1 baked pie shell
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix together and cook lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and water until thickened and cool.
    Cut up peaches into a baked pie shell. Pour cool cornstarch mixture over peaches.
    Spread Cool Whip over top and refrigerate.
