Kay'S Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado (soft to touch)
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. salsa
    1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash avocado with fork, mix well with other ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste.
    Serve immediately, or to hold, cover well with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Serve with chips, tacos, burritos, fajitas, etc.
