Grapefruit Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes lemon flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. fresh diced grapefruit sections
    3/4 c. fresh orange sections, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add water to gelatin mixture.
    Chill until very thick.
    Fold in grapefruit and orange sections.
    Pour into six individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
    Carbohydrate 5 g, protein 0 g, fat 0 g, calories 20.
    One serving = 1/2 fruit exchange.
