Dutch Babies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In an
    iron skillet, place the butter; place the pan in an oven heated
    to 425\u00b0 to melt.
    Mix the flour, milk and eggs in a bowl.
    Remove the hot skillet with the melted butter from the oven; swirl
    the pan to coat with butter.
    Pour the batter into the hot
    pan;
    place in the oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove; sprinkle with
    powdered
    sugar
    and serve.
    Can be served with jam, ham or other covering.
