Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. thin egg noodles (fettucini)
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    freshly ground pepper
    stir-fry vegetables (optional)
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions; make sure not to overcook.
    Drain and return to pot.
    Add butter and cream and mix well.
    Add cheese and toss lightly.
    Spoon into serving dish, which can be warmed.
    Serve with freshly ground pepper.
    Serves 8.
