Creamed Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 can Ro-Tel (juice and all)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Drain.
    Add Ro-Tel, soup and milk.
    Heat.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam cooking spray.
    Cut or break tortillas into bite size pieces and lay in baking dish.
    Pour half of mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Repeat for another layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
