Boston Cream Pie(Being Married To A Yankee, I Had To Learn This One.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cold water
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff, gradually beating in half of the sugar.
Beat egg yolks with the remaining sugar until thick.
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Slowly add water.
Fold in egg whites, dry ingredients and butter just to blend.
Bake in a greased, floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
