Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal mix
    2 eggs
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. milk
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    jalapeno peppers to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except butter.
    Melt butter in skillet. Pour mixture into skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
