Ingredients

6 3/4 lb. chicken
2 (9 oz.) pkg. French-style beans
4 c. rice
1/2 c. raisins
1 can coconut milk, purchased from Indian store
onions
tomatoes
garlic
curry powder

Preparation

Wash and skin chicken pieces.
Pat dry.
Season well.
Let stand for several hours in refrigerator.
