Louisiana Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 can beef broth
    2 medium green peppers, cut in strips
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    In an 8-inch round microproof casserole dish, combine steak and broth.
    Use Cook cycle and cook 13 minutes in microwave or until steak is tender.
    Add green peppers; cover with plastic wrap.
    Use Cook cycle and cook 5 minutes.
    Combine water, cornstarch and steak sauce; stir to dissolve cornstarch.
    Add to steak and peppers.
    Arrange tomato wedges on top.
    Use Cook cycle and cook 2 minutes.
