Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts or raisins

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Bake in loaf pans.
