North Carolina Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. Tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine ingredients and allow flavors to meld several hours or overnight.
Use to season slow-cooked, chopped or shredded Boston butt pork meat.
Makes 2 cups.
