Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pastry shell.
Top mixture with more pecans (not chopped), if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
