Frozen Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Sprinkle salt over sliced cucumbers and let set for 2 hours. Drain off water.
Combine sugar and vinegar, pour over cucumbers and let stand for 10 minutes.
Stir and put in freezer containers. Thaw at room temperature, and then store in refrigerator.
