Marinade And Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. cubed beef, pork or venison
    cherry tomatoes
    fresh mushrooms
    green or sweet red peppers
    onions
    zucchini
    potatoes, parboiled
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except meat and vegetables in blender; mix well.
    Pour over meat.
    Let marinate for 4 hours or longer.
    Put on skewers with assorted vegetables.
    Brush with marinade.
    Grill over medium-hot coals, turning and basting often for 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat and vegetables are done.
    Serve with rice.
