Cheesy Hominy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can hominy
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 shake salt
2 shakes black pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in frying pan on medium heat.
Drain hominy. Grate cheese.
Put hominy in melted margarine and heat until hot. Sprinkle cheese over hominy.
Cook until cheese is melted.
