Irish Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, separated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat yolks of eggs until creamy.
Add potatoes.
Sift flour, salt and pepper; add to yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg yolk-flour mixture into egg whites.
Drop by teaspoon into hot fat.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain and serve hot.
