Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3/4 c. regular rice, uncooked
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the noodles and put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle noodles over top of the casserole and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
