Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. very warm water
    4 tsp. dry yeast or 2 packets
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted and slightly cooled
    6 c. bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk yeast and sugar together in warm water until dissolved.
    Set aside for 15 minutes.
    This mixture will rise and become foamy.
    After 15 minutes, whisk salt and melted butter into yeast mixture.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
    The last few cups will be hard to incorporate; stir in as much as you can, then transfer to floured surface and knead in the rest of the flour.
