Sour Cream Raisin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients together stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cooled raisins and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour mixture on baked crust and top with remaining 1/2. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cut when cool. Refrigerate or freeze.
