Swiss Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
2 c. diagonally sliced asparagus
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
-
Melt two tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet.
Saute asparagus for two to three minutes or until barely tender.
Remove and reserve.
