Quiche Jo-Anne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 small cans mushrooms
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
    5 strips bacon, fried
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, spices, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, eggs and milk in large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Divide evenly into 2 pastry lined pie plates.
    Crumble bacon over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving (can freeze before baking).
