Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, water, salt and vanilla until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until it stands in peaks.
    Mix in rest of ingredients.
    Bake in ungreased tube pan.
