No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken (thighs or breasts)
    1 c. rice
    2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
    dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put 1 cup rice on bottom of pan (uncooked).
    Cover with cream soup and place dried onion soup on top of cream soup.
    Lay chicken on top of onion soup.
    Cook with lid 1 1/2 hours at 425\u00b0.
    No need to check until finished.
