Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed turnips
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter or margarine.
    Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until hot. Serves 6.
