Little Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or margarine
    graham cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Butter 1 1/2-inch muffin tins and coat generously with graham cracker crumbs; set aside.
    Cream the egg yolks, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cream mixture.
    Spoon cream cheese mixture into muffin tins.
    Fill about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes (centers will fall, foamy and indented).
    Carefully remove from muffin tins.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon Sour Cream Filling into center indention.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 48 servings.
