Chris' Salmon-Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pink or red salmon, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
a little lemon juice (optional)
dash of dill (optional)
chopped pecans or nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix the salmon and cream cheese in mixer or processor.
Can also add a little lemon juice and a dash of dill, if desired. Cover and refrigerate.
Can roll in nuts and cover form with Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
