Liver And Onion Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver
    1 medium onion
    10 crackers
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put liver, onion and crackers through food chopper; chop fine. Add eggs, milk and seasonings.
    In a skillet, heat some lard or bacon drippings and into this, drop meat mixture by tablespoons. Fry each side until brown and crisp.
    Makes 4 large servings.
