Aunt Emma'S Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter or oleo (not whipped or lite)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cocoa with sugar and salt.
    Add milk and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Cook to 234\u00b0 or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat and add butter.
    Cool to lukewarm (110\u00b0) and add vanilla and beat until mixture thickens.
    Pour quickly into buttered pan and cut in squares.
