Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together (sift them first).
Add oil, eggs and vanilla and blend well.
Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
