Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in separate large bowl.
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar.
    Add oil and vanilla; then add zucchini. Gradually stir in flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Bake in 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pans.
