Potato Salad With Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    6 eggs, boiled
    vinegar
    1 c. olive oil
    seasoning
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and boil 6 eggs.
    Strain potatoes and set aside. Take the yolk out of the boiled eggs.
    Set whites aside.
    Add 3 uncooked yolks to the cooked yolks and mash out lumps.
    Add just a little vinegar to the yolks and mix.
    Then add 1 cup olive oil to yolks and stir until thick.
    Keep adding olive oil until you have enough mayonnaise.
    Then add your seasoning; cut up egg whites and add.
    Mix with potatoes.
