Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add with buttermilk to dry mixture.
    Mix well; turn out on lightly floured board.
    Roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
