Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or more potatoes
    3 or 4 boiled eggs (save 2)
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    sweet relish
    2 onions (1/2 c.), chopped
Preparation
    Make potatoes like mashed potatoes, just cut the egg white up into the potatoes.
    Mix the egg yolks and mustard with mayonnaise together.
    Then mix with potatoes; add onions.
    Stir all together. Slice leftover eggs; lay on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
