Tabbouleh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bulgur (wheat)
3 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt to taste
2 Tbsp. finely chopped mint (in season)
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Pour boiling water over the wheat to cover generously and let sit for 10 minutes.
Pour off excess liquid.
Add tomatoes, parsley and onions; mix well.
Combine lemon juice, salt, oil, mint and pepper.
Pour over the vegetable mixture.
Toss lightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
