Crab Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Saute onion and jalapenos in butter.
    Add garlic and mushrooms; saute 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add mustard and sour cream; heat to a boil.
    Add crabmeat and heat through. Serve over rice that has been cooked in equal portions of beer and water.
