Lemon Pudding Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in little cold water.
    Add sugar to beaten egg; add cornstarch; stir in boiling water.
    Add flavoring.
    Cook in double boiler to right consistency and stir mixture.
    Ready to go!
