Skillet Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    7 to 8 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet; add onion and saute until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add macaroni and milk.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese and stir until melted (do not boil).
