Coconut Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture with buttermilk.
Beat well. Stir in nuts, coconut and coconut extract.
Beat well again.
Pour into a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Let cool before you remove from pan.
