Fruity Milk Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 cut-up frozen bananas
    1/2 c. low-fat cream-style cottage cheese or yogurt
    1 c. chopped fresh or frozen strawberries, peaches or blueberries
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, adding 5 ice cubes, one at a time.
    Makes 4 servings.
