Ham 'N Swiss Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. and 2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut butter and shortening into flour.
    Add ice cold water, a tablespoon at a time, until you can form dough into a ball.
    Put the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
