Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork loin roast
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Bake pork roast.
    While baking, prepare sauce.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes until thick.
    When roast has baked, cool long enough to handle.
    Then cut, chop and scrape all meat from bones.
    Place in roasting pan; cover with barbecue sauce until swimming.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir and mash meat into shreds.
    (The longer it cooks, the better it shreds.)
    Add more sauce if necessary.
    Makes enough sauce for a large roast.
