Rhubarb Pie(Or Can Use Same Recipe For Cherry Pie.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine tapioca, sugar, salt and rhubarb.
    Let stand about 15 minutes.
    Put in a pie shell and add butter.
    Then put top crust on.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
