Zucchini-Sausage-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian loose sausage *
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 qt. zucchini, grated
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook loose sausage; drain off fat.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into pie dishes or quiche pan.
    It will form its own crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
