Soybean Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 1/2 c. cooked soybeans
    1 1/2 c. tomato soup
    tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown
    meat,
    celery,
    onion
    and
    green pepper in oil. When meat
    is
    brown
    stir
    in
    salt,
    pepper,
    seasoned salt, soybeans,
    tomato
    soup, tomato sauce, bouillon cube and rice. Serves 6.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Saute in
    large heavy skillet.
    Heat and simmer a few minutes. Place in
    greased
    casserole and bake 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and
    top
    with
    1/2
    cup
    grated cheese or cheese slices. Return to oven a few minutes until cheese has melted.
